great beach vacation!
friendly employees good gym private area
the employees are so kind. i got food and drinks at any time with minimal trouble. the gym has good equipment.. i was able to keep up my routine! the hotel's beach area is great because it is private. no one bothered me to buy things there.

useless remote awful coffee
The animation team did its job I suppose entertainment was provided daily and the team seemed enthusiastic enough.
This hotel has shortcomings the rooms were not up to par my Standard Room featured a TV remote that did not work so the TV was useless I noticed a lack of working plug sockets with only one hanging off the wall. The food was nothing to write home about it seemed to offer the same stewed beef salad and fried fish every single day and the coffee was awful.

awesome time in hotel. it was too good!
friendly staff plenty choices amazing view
the staffs was friendly and helpful, the rooms are always super clean. i enjoyed everyday here so much, and the food was also fantastic, with plenty of choices to suit everyones tastes. i will come back soon! the entertainment team kept me constantly entertained with the theatre shows during the week. the shows was beautifull and well done. i really liked all the activity, i really have a good time. the sea view from my upgraded room was breath taking. i never feel so much happiness to watch sunrise in the hotel. everything was perfect!
one minor issue was the sometimes slow service at the pool bar. i think they need more staffs there. but, its okay, it didn't spoil my vacation.

the hotel have a well kept pool area that offer a relaxed place for everyone. i think the gardens look beautiful with different plants and flowers that give a good feeling. the private beach, with free sunbeds and umbrella for us.

the staff always smile and go above and beyond to help. the animation team are super friendly. i also can see staffs always cleaning thoroughly everyday.

the hotel is in a good spot, near the beach and local attractions. the little train stops right outside the hotel. i also can see the ocean from my room, so i can enjoy the amazing views.

a quite decent stay
friendly staff beach access various activities dated rooms weak wifi distant snack
the staff are friendly. they are personable, caring and helpful. activities for all ages are available. the beach sits right outside the hotel and is clean.
rooms needed a facelift. the wi-fi wasn't good. the snack bar was too far from the pool and its opening times was not great, from 11:00 to 17:00.

friendly staff varied selection high volume french entertainment
the staff were very friendly and helpful. i enjoyed the varied selection of dishes offered at the buffet restaurant (the salads were good too!).
the volume of the entertainment was a bit too high, especially by the pool. most of the entertainment was in french, a little isolating.

The hotel's restaurant had a nice variety of food, and i found the choices to be fresh. the entertainment staff was very nice. They proposed activities every day. the staff was friendly and always had a smile (i was amazed). the location is fantastic. Everything you need is within a short walk.

great location friendly staff delicious food excellent dancers
the hotel's location was great! shops and restaurants were within walking distance. the staff was very friendly. the food was very delicious and varied. the evening entertainment featured excellent dancers.
The pool got green very quickly for a couple of days. That issue was resolved promptly.

the reception staff were very helpful and polite. every staff member i encountered was kind and were great too ensure i enjoyed my stay, offering prompt assistance.

The swimming pool was a good size, reaching a maximum depth of 2 meters. a wide range of cocktails were available at the main bar until 11:00 pm. The sports bar was open until 1:00 am.
